S32 members,
It has been a long time but I am in discussions with MVL to finalize a date to launch both our S32 and R32 2021 summer racing seasons at the fabulous Molto VeLoce Circuit in Oakville – we may be racing sooner than you expected! Stay glued and trued to scratch32 for all updates to our calendar!
Numbers will be limited so don’t stray far.
Also, if at all possible I would like to hear back from past and future R32 hosts (by private email) when they might feel comfortable hosting again and what each of their requirements are for participation – this way I can ease circuits into our R32 rotation at a comfortable pace going forward…
In the meantime stay well. I mean it.

With the provincial announcement yesterday moving Ontario to Stage 2 I’m pleased that racing will return to The Ring. Two R32 pop-up racing sessions are now scheduled for Wednesday, June 30, 2021 – one at 10am and the other at 7pm. Classes are different so take a look.
Given provincial restrictions only 5 racers are permitted for each session. Masks are mandatory. In addition I expect that participants have had at minimum their first dose at least 2 weeks beforehand.

Both R32 sessions originally scheduled on June 30 will be re-scheduled at a date later in July.
The good news is that the meet scheduled for next Monday will include open track practice for the full session and the workshop on Indy Roadsters (the following Monday) will also be indoors. Unfortunately we will need to limit the number of participants to 5 and I would ask that all participants be fully vaccinated. Masks need only be worn indoors and breaks for nature are now available behind a door using modern amenities.
