JMSracer… Thanks a million for hosting a great evening! I came in last, but had a blast! Or something like that.  :good:

Also. Thanks for sharing the order of motors. It’s going to be a BWNC1 car building summer! :yahoo:

Ken graciously provided some door prices.  Thank you Ken.

Sorry guys, with all the excitement the host forgot to hand out the door prizes.  Would everybody who participated select a number from 1 to 7 and reply to this thread.

              Thanks everyone.

Looking forward to returning to The River on Monday evening. Thanks for hosting R32 XXVII Jim!

BTW, with SCC gone and RH closed for the summer what is Minigrid’s parts stock pile like? Any stock worth making a trip/paying parking for?

Also, Jim, what are the parking hours/time limits on your street?

I haven’t been to the new MG location so I have no idea what they carry.  You are best to call before heading down.

You can park on the street, the first car can park on the driveway.  Others will have to find parking on the street which is good till midnight without a permit.

Joe will also be joining us.  A friend of Bill’s might also be joining us.

I called MG a few weeks ago to check stock on axles. At that time they had no basic scratch-building stock at all.

                  Jim

Thanks for hosting the race last night. I had a great time. Catching up with Joe and Gary was like a mini Maxport reunion . Pizza in the yard was such a pleasant break, a tranquil  atmosphere and a terrific venue for race stories and nostalgia. It was a good mix of classes and it inspires me to do a proper fender less Hot Rod of my own.

                  Cheers

                  Steve
