Internationale Meisterschaft X

November 5, 2018

THE RING (SCRATCH PRESS) – The 10th edition of the Internationale Meisterschaft featured 19 models from the ’20’s through to the early ’70’s, including a fabulous new entry from the Hot Rod Garage of KensRedZed – a bright yellow 1969 Ferrari 312P Berlinetta with pilot G. Paezan at the wheel. Other Custom Rods, Sportscars & Prototypes returned to once again lap the circuit – four classes with many more subclasses – a great example of the diversity of models, motors & chassis builds.

  1. Cheers!
It’s hard to take a bad picture of such a nice model!
The combination of an 18k motor combined with the cornering of the RS61 is fun. It eliminates the desire to pull the trigger through the controller handle. I must admit that Herrmann loves the formula for the SP+ sub class.
Both the 312P and the XK120 were added to both the model gallery and our model database – no rush on the form for the XK – I l left the unknown info blank for the time being.
I still have more models to add and I’ll do my best to catch up before the year is up.

  2. Art,
Cool report. Excellent photos! Thank you for hosting this event!
It must be luck. Fred and his Ford nearly threw the race trying to keep up with H. Herrmann in the Porsche/bullet! Big mistake.
    Ken

  3. Another fine night of racing.
I didn’t realize the Jag didn’t have a registration yet.
Will do that over the weekend.
    Cheers
    Bill
