Our inaugural edition of this historical large displacement event features two popular North American series plus a street class of iconic boulevard cruisers - together covering the mid 1950's through to the mid '70's. American production models are welcome to compete in the following Scratch32 classes: Boulevard Cruisers (BC); Classic Stock Car (CSC); Trans Am (TA); and
Trans Am Plus (TA+).
It has been a while but our 11th edition of this iconic road race proves to be the best yet! While it will have overlap with Scratch32 SP and SP+ classes models are limited to those that participated in the 1950 through 1954 editions of La Carrera Panamericana. Participants will include models that finished, started, practiced or were at minimum registered to race in either years’ event. The purpose in opening up the definition of ‘participant’ in this manner is to accommodate as many models as one might have an opportunity to scratch build – NOT to accommodate ready to run bodies or models that are easy to obtain.Find out more »
Indy Roadsters will compete at The Ring in our first Scratch32 event for this series. Class rules are as follows: Any true, front engined roadster that was registered, qualified or participated in any Indy 500 race from 1950 onwards to the very last roadster in 1967 is eligible; Authentic liveries are encouraged but fantasy liveries that maintain a look (paint colours, fonts and graphics) representative of the period that they raced in are allowed; BWMS050 (FF050) low power front motor placement, inline (but may be offset, up/down, left/right), rear drive so that the motor is ahead of the cockpit; Full or 3/4 interior trays and full or 3/4 pilot figures are not only strongly encouraged but will be favoured in this event; Minimum weight of 80 grams; Maximum width of 54mm; Any size wheels and any size DArt club urethane tires may be used provided they represent a reasonably scale appearance.Find out more »
