The 23rd edition of Ringwood featured three new models presented to the grid along with a new number badge for a returning model:

A lovely custom made 1952 Ferrari MKII Thin Wall Special raced by J.F. Gonzalez – albeit with a motor outside of the rules:

A 1957 Maserati 250F using a modified scalextric body with custom chassis raced by J. Bonnier:

And a questionable 1965 Lotus 20B piloted by Dave Charlton which failed to pre-qualify for the 1965 South African Grand Prix, yet still found its way into the 1.5L Grand Prix class:

And the #12 Matra MS11 raced by J.P. Beltoise takes on a new model number, an improvised #18 to avoid confusion on the grid – thank you to F1nutz for doing so:
